The Festival is over - come and help us next year
The 2016 Herne Hill Music Festival was the best yet, with our largest total audience. To help us build on that we are looking for extra volunteers to join our team. We need at least two people to take on specific roles, and we are always looking for more people to help with smaller jobs.
1. Concert set-up.
We are looking for someone to set up the concerts - book the venues, write instructions for the ticket sellers, and write and print the programme notes. Again, all the information is available. We know the contacts for the premises. The programme notes are a summary of the text on our web site. The skill needed is to organise things carefully. Any volunteers?
2. Help in smaller ways.
We always need more people to help with handing out Festival programmes at the Sunday Market, delivering programmes to local homes. Delivering to homes means taking on a delivery round to do in September, and it would take about 3 hours.
